Psychosocial Evaluations

The goal of a psychosocial evaluation is to identify strengths, challenges, and clinical needs, and to help you connect with resources to help you find your way in your journey for mental health.

Individual Counseling

Both in person and video based telehealth counseling that offers a one on one setting no matter where you are located in the state.

Family/ Couples Counseling

In person and video based telehealth counseling that offers couples and/or family counseling wherever the family is located in the state, and in your most comfortable atmosphere.

School Based Telehealth Counseling

Video based telehealth counseling that is currently offered through the Uinta County School District #1 Project Aware grant. This service allows tele-health services to be offered to students in the school district during the school day and through the summer at no cost out of pocket through the grant.
